Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 4-6 business days Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

📍 Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout (including apartment/unit number and ZIP code).
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is delivered to the wrong address due to customer error, re-delivery or recovery must be arranged by the customer.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with them. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
