Return and Refund Policy
1. Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be clean, functioning, and free of any wear and tear.
Packaging: It must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories (charging cables, manuals, pouches, etc.).
Hygiene: Due to the intimate nature of sleep headphones and masks, items that are soiled, stained, or show signs of heavy use may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer support team at resttune.us@gmail.comĀ with the following details:
- Order Number (e.g., #12345).
- Reason for return.
- Photos of the item (if requested, especially for damage claims).
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send your package.Ā
5. Return Shipping
Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Tracking: If you are shipping an item we strongly consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
We will not do refund if any item/part is missing or broken.
7. Exchanges & Defective Items (Warranty)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
Warranty: We offer a [1-year] limited warranty against manufacturing defects (battery issues, speaker failure, etc.).
If you need to exchange a defective item for the same item, send us an email at resttune.us@gmail.com.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you havenāt received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
- Contact your bank (there is often some processing time before a refund is posted). If youāve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at resttune.us@gmail.com
